Peace Home Lending was founded in 2015 by Jeremy Harridath. Initially a home lender exclusively to Virginia, the company has expanded to include Florida, Delaware and Maryland, and expanded their team to 4 of the areas premier home loan consultants and experts. Their secret sauce is their efficiency, speed of delivering for their customers, and their network of wholesale lenders, which allows them to achieve great rates for their clients.

Spreading Peace, one Home Loan at a Time
We began working with Peace Home Lending in 2018 with general marketing strategy and collateral, helping to build in-person, printed collateral along with a consistent and customized email campaign to keep his email list engaged and educated. We had given Peace Home Lending a consistent identity system, but his website was still being run by a third party source that allowed for little customization. Our goal was to carry Jeremy’s existing identity system found throughout his brand into his website, and create an engaging user experience for his target demographic.

We outlined several wireframes and concepts for approaching the website layout, and eventually landed on a flowing approach to separating content blocks throughout the site, expanding on the waving and modern illustration style that is the cornerstone of Peace Home Lending’s identity. A wide selection of custom illustrations were developed, highlighting the wide range of home and purchase types that Peace HL can assist with.
We continued assisting with Peace Home Lending’s greater needs for marketing collateral, creating more illustrations to carry through to his on-going email campaign, and we ensured he was ready for Tradeshow’s and other face-to-face interactions with several print collateral pieces explaining how he differentiates himself from other home lenders.



Peace Home Lending’s email’s exceed industry averages by almost 10% on open rate and 5% on click-through rate, and he continues engaging his customers with a consistently light-hearted, positive and transparent approach. And we continue to support them on their ever-growing journey. It’s only a matter of time before they’re in a state near you.
